Shipments and Returns
What is the expected delivery time?
We endeavor to deliver your goods within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.
What if I do not receive my order within the specified delivery time?
Contact our customer service and we will look into the matter for you. You may be unlucky that the selected package provider has delays.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item by contacting our customer service and following the instructions provided.
What are the conditions for returns?
We accept returns of goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be unused.
How long before I receive my refund?
The refund is processed within 2 working days after we have received and approved your return. The amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
Are there costs for returning an item?
Yes, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Free returns are only offered if the product is faulty or missing. You can also return for free by entering our warehouse.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will be sent a tracking number on your order as soon as it has been shipped. If you have an account, you can see it under "my page"
Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order details shortly after purchase.
How are any errors in the order handled, e.g. wrong items or quantities?
Contact our customer service immediately with details of the error and we will fix it as soon as possible.
When will the money be withdrawn from my account?
The money is withdrawn from your account once the order has been processed and shipped.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to present colors as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings may vary, which may affect color reproduction. Contact our customer service for further assistance.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Enter the discount code in the shopping basket or at checkout and click "Apply discount code". The amount is adjusted automatically. Some discount codes cannot be combined with promotions.
Why is my discount code not working?
Check whether the discount code is spelled correctly and whether it is still valid. Some codes have restrictions and it's also worth checking the campaign terms.
