Free delivery is available for orders over DKK 500 within Denmark. We deliver within 1-3 business days.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. It may take up to 48 hours before tracking is available.

We accept returns up to 30 days after your order is placed if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost of the return (even if you have had free shipping).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible at info@gms-group.dk with your order number and a picture of the item's condition. We handle these cases individually but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

We offer international shipping to all of Europe, however please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred when a shipment reaches your destination country. GMS Group is not responsible for these costs if they are incurred and it is your responsibility as the customer.
